Muscular Strength
New moms often complain of back pain, which can be attributed to baby care, feeding, and weakened abdominal muscles from pregnancy. These classes are designed specifically to teach proper and safe exercises to strengthen the core muscles atrophied during pregnancy and the busy times of child care.
Improve Your Sex Life
Improve the integrity of your pelvic floor muscles and its supportive cast of connective tissue. Your pelvic floor strength is imperative after giving birth. It will help to improve any incontinence issues and will also improve your sex life by enhancing muscle control.
Postural Awareness
During pregnancy, mom’s center of gravity shifts up and forward, which deepens the normal “S” curve in the spine. Relearning and maintaining proper form post pregnancy while you walk and perform daily activities will help prevent future back pain and injury.
