Purchase the Package that is Best for You:
Packages — Sessions are sold in packages of 5 or 10. Discounts are offered for those who purchase 25 or more sessions. Typically it takes 6-8 weeks to SEE physiological changes.
 
Looking for Alternative Program Options?
Program Design — An ideal option if you have the motivation to do workouts on your own. Set up a 75-minute one-time appointment to obtain a customized program design. You will spend the session doing the exercises, learning proper mechanics, and you will leave with a functional program.
Consultation – Basics 101 — Gain knowledge of basic nutrition & exercise. Learn how to read food labels. Learn proper eating habits and how much physical activity is ideal in daily life.
Pre- and Postnatal — Learn safe and effective exercises to use through and after pregnancy. Maintain vital core strength to alleviate lower back pain and fatigue. Combat incontinence with specific strength exercises.

Friday: 6am—noon
Saturday: 8am—noon
