Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions provide the attention of one-on-one training for the value of group classes. Sessions are limited to five participants. This circuit format will lead participants through a variety of exercises, combining resistance training, functional exercises, and calithesnic drills.

SGPT is a fun way to get a quality workout. Sign up to train once a week, or twice a week. Recruit your friend(s), a loved one, or come on your own and meet some new workout buds.

Dates and Time
Tuesdays: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Thursdays: 6:00pm – 7:00pm

NEW YEAR JUMP START
Saturdays:
8:15am – 9:15am, Jan 16 – Mar 6 (8-weeks, $199)

Cost
5 Session Punch Card: $129
10 Session Punch Card: $249
Drop in: $30

5 session punch cards are valid for 6 weeks from date of purchase.
10 session punch cards are valid for 8 weeks from date of purchase.
All unused sessions will expire after designated period.

After you have registered, you will be given access to go online to schedule your preferred time slots for small group training. There is a limit of six participants in each session.
