create challenging, but achievable goals. Clients are
held accountable for their nutrition and workouts assigned
(homework) outside of their training appointments. |

Training. I start at the core with my clients.
Your core is your entire midsection—your body’s
center of gravity—where all movement originates.
Strengthening the core is a major component of functional
training, giving you additional strength that translates
into everyday activities. |

Nutrition
Knowledge. A successful workout program has many
components, and nutrition is a major factor. I will help
guide you toward proper eating habits by teaching you
how to read food labels, control portions, and consume
an ideal balance of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. |

Unintimidating.
We train in an environment that is not a classical gym
setting. There are no distractions, or pretensions. The
Coaching Center is designed for personal interaction between
client and the professional, which keeps us focused on
producing results. |
